Currently I’m working on a special marketing project in which we plan on acquiring, renovating, and reselling a residential property to a deserving family all for an “at-cost” sales price. I feel as if the real estate industry in general needs some good needs amidst all the bad news everyone hears on a on-going basis.

I’m currently looking to partner with real estate related companies who may be able to help in the following ways: provide a home to renovate, finance the construction (which I have being done at cost), work in construction, provide materials for construction, or to provide the loan for the deserving family to buy the renovated home.
