These are short-term investments in undervalued real estate. This would typically encompass rehabbing a single-family home or converting a multi-family property into condominiums. The plan is fairly simple: acquire, renovate, and sell. These projects take approximately 3-12 months to complete depending on the scope of the renovations involved. We establish and maintain strategic relationships with real estate brokers, attorneys, banks, and other real estate investors that allow us to acquire property for far less than the general buying public and other investment companies would be able to.
