Our strategic investments in distressed Multi-family communities are typically longer-term (3-7 years) than our Redevelopments. Presently, BRES is focused only on the multi-family segment of the commercial real estate market. We first identify properties that are in need of repositioning and by renovating the property, implementing quality management & proven business systems, we are able to create signficant value in a relatively short period of time.
