I got a new Blackberry! Well, a replacement one really. But the best part about it was that it only took 1 business day to get it. 1 business day! If you have a Blackberry, I’m sure you can imagine important it was for me to get it replaced after I sat on it.

It just goes to show the power of systems. My phone carrier has a great insurance plan to take care of these mishaps if and when they happen. In real estate, Murphy’s Law applies.
