We work with attorneys, REO asset managers, real estate brokers, banks, and special servicing companies in purchasing unwanted inventories of real estate. We also purchase properties from individuals seeking to sell their properties quickly.

Value-add opportunities to reposition the property or management
Class “B” and “C”
Price range - $1-10 million
Minimum size – 150 plus units
1970’s construction and newer
Utilities – individually metered preferred but not mandatory
Roofs – pitched construction preferred but not mandatory
Located in a major market across the country
Located on a main street, and near retail centers
